Values are typical for sound Tunisian oil and are confirmed for each lot by laboratory analysis.

Harvest in a certified olive grove

Grove → mill → lot, documented.

Organic vs conventional

A certified chain behind every organic claim

Organic is not a label we apply ourselves — it is a documented chain from a certified grove and mill through to the lot you receive. When you order organic, the certification travels with the oil.

Conventional grades give you the same lab verification and COA discipline at a competitive price point.

  • EU-Organic compliant supply (Ecocert or equivalent)
  • Certification attributed to the certified grove/mill
  • Organic and conventional, same QC discipline
  • Proof of origin for EU tariff-quota where relevant
Varietals

Chemlali & Chetoui — the Tunisian-origin story

Chemlali

Tunisia’s dominant variety, mainly in the Sahel and Sfax regions. Mild, well-balanced and smooth — versatile for blends and broad palates.

Chetoui

Grown in the north. Robust, bitter-pungent and aromatic, with higher polyphenols — a premium, characterful extra-virgin profile.
